Great stay, exactly how the pictures looked and was one of the easiest check ins I've experienced. Clear steps for check in and check out. Michael was always fast at responding and always friendly. Great location near the train station and tram stops to the airport. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Nice

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s. He’s a wonderful host. The pull-out couch slept pretty good. The only thing is the neighbour smokes, so the floor the apartment is on smells very strongly of tobacco, which seeps into the Airbnb. It’s in a great location for walking to the sights of Nice.
