The townhouse was perfect for our family and needs. Wonderful having the beach and Sea Shed so close. Very spacious and clean. Monica, the housekeeper, was lovely and our daughter loved her.

Simply amazing! The views from the balcony are amazing the perfect place to watch the sunset everyday. Listening to the sea while you fall asleep adds to the perfection of this place. The lay out of the house makes it easy for family time. We will be back as this was a wonderful location for beach access, site seeing, dinners out…love love loved it!

Great stay again in Mullins bay. Stayed in different property then originally booked stayed in Mullinover. But what a lovely property on the Mullins bay development. Thanks again

Our stay at Blue Waters was exactly what we hoped it would be. It is as pictured in the listing. To be sure, the furnishings have been gently "loved," but you can't expect everything to be brand new. The furniture was comfortable and functional. The amenities are well thought out. The kitchen is well designed and has all you need should you choose to eat in. Having a gas grill is a bonus, and we used this almost daily. The rooftop terrace offers a wonderful view of the sunset. It's an amazing spot to enjoy your freshly grilled dinner as the sun slowly drops "into the sea." Having use of the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club was a real bonus. We highly recommend this property.

Blue Waters was absolutely amazing! It looks exactly like the photos and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The house has everything you need and more. It is squeaky clean everywhere and the housekeeper even stopped by every 2 days to clean up and restock. We had several questions prior to booking and after, and they were all answered promptly and thoroughly. I would recommend this space to anyone interested 100%. We are definitely coming back when we can.
