Cute little loft studio apt. But if you can't successfully navigate a ladder to and from the bed, or if you are tall, this isn't the space for you. The cement floors were very cold and due to the designof the space heating was a little bit of an isuue. All that said, it was clean, private, great price, and you have dedicated parking which was huge.

Stayed one night and left early the next morning - great place to overnight. The self check in was clear and easy, and welcomed after a long travel day. The place was clean & tidy, comfortable, and exactly as described.

Loved staying in this little guesthouse! It was fun to sleep in the loft. Had all the needed amenities and it was great to have the kitchenette to prepare meals. It was fast and easy to get to the airport. Robin was a helpful and responsive host I highly recommend staying here and I will again!

Charming place with the most beautiful back yard. Parking in the designated driveway made it easy and was appreciated. I would book this again when returning to Eugene. Thank you, Robin, you are a great host!
