这间可爱的3间卧室和2间卫生间，最多可容纳6人入住，坐落在一个宁静的村庄的边缘，靠近圣莱昂-苏尔-维泽雷（ St Leon sur Vezere ）和蒙蒂尼亚克（ Montignac ）。这座传统石斑石建于200多年前，建在Vezere河畔，坐落在一个美丽的公园花园中，与另一个石斑石共用。虽然地理位置宁静，是放松假期的完美场所，但靠近Vezere和多尔多涅山谷及周边地区的所有主要景点。 GITE外面是一个小型私人花园和烧烤区，位于业主物业的较大公园区内。该公寓设有私人温水游泳池，坐落在花园美丽的景观区域，既有门禁，又安全。

We were a family of 4 with plenty to enjoy in and around Sergeac. Our son was in love with the pool and the gardens, he especially loved the little bird figures and spotting lizards. The easy access to the river was lovely and we spent a few afternoons spotting fish and kingfishers. Bruce and Claire-Louise were so hospitable and full of great tips on places to visit and good walks. Their recommendation of Le Petit Leon was absolutely wonderful, it was one of the Hest restaurants we've been to. We went for dinner and lunch, they were exceptional with our 5 year old son. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a beautiful place. So much to see and do, all within a few km. SO peaceful. Superb restaurants , beautiful villages and towns...we loved our time here. Claire and Bruce were superb hosts. Let us check in early, gave lots of suggestions and there was a really informative booklet to refer to, with lots of recommendations...we tried many of them and were not disappointed. Gite was clean, attractive and well resourced. Nice having British TV. Lovely touch with the bottle of wine, walnuts and jam, thank you. We would DEF stay again if we were in the area. Thank you for a lovely time. Our only suggestion for improvement might be fly screens as we SO wanted to open the windows and doors but too many mosquitoes to do so comfortably.

I would highly recommend to anyone. Claire and Bruce are fantastic hosts. The property is amazing, spotlessly clean, spacious with an amazing pool. There is lots to do in the area and Claire and Bruce gave us some great recommendations. All in all a great experience. Thank you both so much for a holiday we will remember fondly.

Excellent séjour dans ce lieu. Claire-Louise et Bruce sont des hôtes adorables. La maison est fonctionnelle, bien décorée et avec une literie impeccable. Le lieu est magique, très calme dans un petit village typique de la Dordogne, à deux pas de la Vézère. Bref, un super séjour !!!
