Description was perfect. Nothing too fancy. Just walked across the street for the beach. 5 minute drive to popular tourist spots or the hangout. It was simple and easy. Cost effective for sure. Was happy to find a place to stay so close to the beach for a couple days on our honey moon. April weather wasn’t the best so our experience in the location wasn’t busy at all.

Everyday surfaces were clean but the condo could use a little refreshing as it's showing a bit of its' rental age. Overall, it was a nice place and great value for the location. Most of the week was quiet, with Saturday evening being a bit noisy. Gavin is an extremely responsive host and ensures that you have what you need to enjoy your stay. Pet friendly places that are affordable are hard to find and I would stay at one of Gavin's places again without hesitation.

Gavin's place was nice and located in a nice area. However, being that I'm an ABNB owner & past cleaning company owner it needs a deep cleaning. 2 pans were dirty in the cabinet, excessive amount of hair was in the bed and bathroom sink. I purchased sheets at a near by Walmart to feel comfortable. Bedroom TV did not work upon arrival & I was given the details to call cable provider and make a report to get it repaired.
