Great space for a peaceful rest with incredible views and amenities!

We had a very nice stay at Jeffs air bnb. Very cozy home and fit our entire party of 12. Jeff left us a very nice bottle of wine upon check in, the wine was a local wine which we thought was a very nice touch! If I had one complaint it would only be that the coffee pot took forever to make a pot of coffee so if you’re in need of a quick cup use the kuerig lol. We had a very rainy weekend and wished we could have used more of the outdoor amenities so we will just have to visit again sometime.

Perfect place for a family. Jeff had everything ready and set to host us. Different unexpected amenities were also included (like coffee and extra seasonings for cooking). We had a great time.

We had a great stay. Great location close to Ellicottville! The kids loved separate bedroom and the hot tub.

The location was perfect. It offered a lot of privacy & was close to the village. The size was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately, the house was not as clean as I would expect. My daughter has allergies & asthma & had trouble breathing our entire stay. Surface area was clean for the most part but there were cobwebs in corners & lots of dirt & dust under the area rug, couches & beds. We had an issue with the heat when we first arrived but Jeff was very responsive & even came to the house at 10:30 PM to get it going again.
