John provided the perfect place to explore the area. This was a cozy homebase to return to after spending the day explore the area. Good quiet and private location five minutes from Cayuga Lake, with accessible restaurants. Stayed to see the totality of the eclipse in 2024 and couldn't have found a more convenient place.

Our stay at John’s place was wonderful. The house and grounds are lovely. The room is clean and quiet, with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and the towels are high quality. John was very communicative, and always helpful when we had questions.

John’s place was great. There’s plenty of privacy and it sits on a beautiful property on a back road outside of aurora. John was extremely flexible in accommodating my early arrival. Would recommend.

We were impressed with all the little things provided for our stay, such as cream and coffee, cookies, spare toothbrush and other personal items, thick towels, etc. Didn't get to meet John in person but he was very quick to answer any messages and provided all the info we needed for checkin and stuff. One note, The sign at the end of the road was missing so we were glad that we were following a maps app and knew where to turn. The location was perfect, very close to town. Lovely area. We will probably be back next year.
