This was a big & beautiful condo. It was very spacious with great ocean views. You can watch the sunset from the balcony. The pool area is quiet and they have a bar. The beach is just steps away. There’s lots of space for parking. The host was great, helpful and responded quickly to all our needs/questions. She even checked in on us and how we were doing during our stay. We will stay here again and I highly recommend it.

The place was super pretty and it’s in a nice super clean and safe condo complex community. It’s the very last building community on the beach and they are actively building the third tower. The pool was not swim able due to the cold water. The hot tub is lukewarm. The pool would be nice in summer but they should try to make it more accommodating for seasons. The place itself was very comfortable and lovely and pricey but worth it I suppose. Rocky Point in general was very expensive this time. I was paying $90-$100 for each meal for me and my two teenage daughters. Really really sucked but I kinda get it being that Lukeville was closed for a bit. I may stay here again.

Everything was good. Resort doesn’t have heated pool and hot tub is not really hot
