Beautiful family home since the 16th century, extended during the French Revolution. Located less than 100 m from the center of Aspet, a welcoming and lively town in the heart of Comminges. With large and beautiful bright rooms, this old house renovated with care has kept all its charm and assets. Aspet offers everything on site: shops, restaurants, entertainment, culture, health care. Park your vehicle, reduce your holiday carbon footprint and let yourself go... Kitchen of 16 m2, large pantry and attached garage of 32 m2, living room of 25 m2 with a large and cumfortable sofa and a small office of 8 m2. Upstairs the terrace of 8m2 called "Tour de France", then a large bedroom of 27 m2 with two beds of 160x200 and 90x190 cm. En-suite bathroom-WC. A 2nd toilet is available on the same floor. Backyard for 2 vehicles including one under shelter. Bike reception: complete bicycle maintenance station. Home fishing: Cooler and aerator for fishing with live bait (label in progress). Very pleasant garden with trees and long south courtyard shaded by century-old trees. The property has 3 accesses: through the backyard, the garden and the south courtyard. Finally, its thick walls and double glazing (4x20x4mm) keep the house cool, a nice point in summer ! High-speed Wifi connection VDSL2 type. Orange is the supplier. Hotspot up to 10 users, secure and GDPR compliant. Several Wifi terminals for perfect home and garden coverage. For the moment no area is specially dedicated to teleworking, but the large room with its large desk and the view of the outside will lend itself wonderfully. Ergonomic office chair and 24" TV monitor (with hdmi & Display Port adapters) on simple request.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marie et David, la maison est magnifique, très confortable et bien placée. Aspet est un très beau village, vivant et agréable. Superbe région, plein de balades et baignades à proximité. Nous espérons revenir bientôt !

Aspet is located on the borders of three valleys, surrounded by three rivers. These valleys are a paradise for paragliders, walking enthusiasts and cyclists, not to mention winter sports activities thanks to the resort of Le Mourtis 30 minutes away.
There is no doubt that Aspet will seduce you between outdoor activities, cultural outings or simply lazing in the garden.
Aspet is 20 minutes from St-Gaudens, 1 hour from Toulouse, 30 minutes from Ariège and Hautes-Pyrénées, and 50 mn from Spain.
