The host and place was great. We had a one day late check in due to host but they paid for a small cheap hotel around corner. Was ok for one night. But we we refunded the one night not in apartment. Like others said ac in bedroom doesn’t work. Laundry machine not hooked up. But very nice laundry self service down the street not end of world. Would stay again. It is far from beaches so car or moto required.

WARNING! Host never sent us instructions how to check in, neither did he reply to our message. Nobody knew anything about the booking at the front desk. 1 hour after check-in time our booking got canceled out of nowhere and we had to book another place to stay …

Good value for money overall. A few little issues but I was happy with my stay. Pros Spacious room, very comfy bed, nice restaurants in the area, rooftop pool is great. Cons Terrible communication - I got 1 message late the night before checking in with instructions. Quite stressful. No other responses at all Air con in the bedroom basically doesn't work. Directly below the gym so you ca Hearpeople slamming weights down and running on the treadmill all day The building itself is really showing a lot of wear and tear. Looks great from a distance but a lot of the building and amenities are falling apart I'd stay again as the price was good, but I wouldn't have paid more
