Lucinda is the best host ever, she is the kindest person on Earth ;) Anticipated all our needs during our 3-month stay. The house is lovely, bright, very convenient for a family. We specifically adored the big living space with amazing open kitchen and eating area, and the lovely garden or course. The house is ideally located 7min walk to the great Maroubra beach and 1min walk to a shopping village with all the useful stores and a great pub! Really loved our stay here. Thank you Lucinda for being si adorable to us.

Can’t say enough good things about Lu’s beachside pad. We stayed here for 2 weeks with 3 kids and it was the perfect base. Lovely backyard, bbq, play spaces and toys. Beds super comfy and every amenity you could want. Lu was an amazing host and checked in to see how we were getting on. Definitely recommend this wonderful house and thank you Lu for being so accommodating.

Lucinda is very easy-going and reactive. The house is the suitable size for a family - not too much maintenance and nice spaces to relax ! With a lot of toys for the children to play with, and Maroubra beach at a walking distance, we had a perfect holiday time there.

Lucinda is a wonderful host, super responsive and genuinely caring. After a very long drive we arrived to treats of cold drinks and supplies to get us started and Christmas presents under the christmas tree for all the children and even our dog - amazing! This is the most perfect of places to stay with young children it's fully contained and lockable to the street so allows you to relax while children can play freely. Fantastic entertainment for kids with a basketball hoop and other toys, games and books left for kids to burn off energy. Efficient and practical in every way amenities are just what you need for a family with effective aircon. I highly recommend if you have a larger family and young children that you look no further and book Lucinda's place.

We spent more than 2 months in the house while we moved to Sydney from overseas. Lucinda and Adam are outstanding guests, always willing to help and ease our stay. The house is very pleasant and comfortable, its location is ideal (5 minutes by walking from Maroubra beach and Malabar park, 100m away from South Maroubra Village shops). This period was maybe not the best for us to land to Australia (we got the bush fires, the flooding, a rainy summer and then the Covid...) but at least Lucinda's beach house was a nice place for our family!
