Great location & apartment, Filippo was always available and super helpful. Really spacious apartment with a comfortable bed & sofa bed in lounge. Clean and private. Some slight noise from street behind at night, but compared to other areas still a quiet area, with some great bars & restaurants within walking distance. A short 10min walk from SM Novella Train station. Perfect spot for a few days exploring Florence, highly recommend!

We recommend this place to families and lonely travellers as well. The apartment situated in the center but in a quiet street so you can reach everything within minutes but the noise of the street does not disturb your dreams. The apartment was clean and well equipped. As parents we were happy that games for children was also placed in the apartment which is a unique and shows the proactivity of the owner. Filippo was very friendly and helpful, answered our questions soon and gave us useful instructions. Communication was easy and flexible. Florence is a very beautiful city and worth visiting more times. If somebody wants to try the local life and drinks/meals of Italy not only the usual continental things of hotels I think this apartment will be a prefect place for this. Thank You, Filippo, all the help and services! We will return as soon as we can...Ciao
