Our stay at Seamus & Fiona’s listing was by far our favorite on our entire trip to Ireland. The location was absolutely stunning, the apartment was even better than the photos & Seamus gave us a great recommendation for coffee at a local shop. We hope to come back on our next trip & stay even longer!

The house was creatively designed in a beautiful space and not clinical. It was comfortable especially the bed and we enjoyed the wood burning stove. Wood and kindling were provided as were eggs from their hens. There were walks from the house which was secluded and peaceful and we appreciated not being overlooked by the hosts. The main house and garden looked over a lake. We were able to eat out in the private courtyard on several occasions. Seamus and Fiona were warm, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our week long visit enormously.

Absolutely stunning location with friendly, generous hosts. Very well-equipped - you won't need for anything. Gorgeous scenery and hiking out the front door. Beaches, groceries, pubs are 10 to 20 minutes away. You will need a car for this location. Easy to find using Google maps. Fiona and Seamus are on hand to offer recommendations, information, advice, or a quick chat. Lovely family! Highly recommended.

Fiona and Seamus’ place was perfect for us. It’s a beautiful old stone building with an amazing backyard set right on a lake. The house is very warm and cozy with the fire going and they provided us with fresh eggs from their chooks and freshly baked bread ! Fiona and Seamus are both really lovely and great to have a chat with!! Would highly recommend if you want to stay somewhere quiet, peaceful and amongst nature that’s also close to the ports for reaching the Tory and Aran etc Islands
