This place is OK but it does not confirm with the advert. The playground, swimming pool and toys and books do not exist. Many of the photos are actually for parts of the house that are not accessible to the AirBnB guests. In particular the really nice barn space with the round tables and hammocks. The description says the garden is shared with one small villa, in reality it is shared with several apartments. Additionally the kitchen was very dirty and there was a bad smell of sewage in there. Finally the beds are uncomfortable. Overall an OK place to stay, but not at this price.

The stone house is not a stone house its more like multiple stone houses, which are being rented. Feelsmore like a bungalows with semi-private garden. We wanted a house with our own garden in which we can chill. Other thing we had issue with was the insects. Large spiders, bedbugs and centipedes. Other small things to mention will be that in the bathrooms there were no soaps to wash your hands and the water pressure in the showers was at times very low. Never saw the host Krasimir, but his mother was on the property most of the time. The location overall was nothing special. Biggest plus for the location is that is close to the clam farm right next to Balgarevo.

Krasimir is an artist that succeded in recreating a childhood place. A vintage house with a lovely garden, tasty figs straight from the fig tree, stone and "var"... He deserves that his art to be known around the world. So this is me telling everybody how lovely my time was here. Don't come here if you're looking for hotel like lifestyle, all inclusive meals and a towel swan next to your chocolate sitting on your pillow!!! You won't understand this place if you look for room service... Because here you reconnect with nature... you walk barefoot on the grass, make breakfast for your kids and then watch them run around the garden while you sip on your morning coffee. And then you call them back for the fresh mellon you bought in the village. You spend the afternoons on the wild beach, eat fish and mussels at a local restaurant and then head back to Levana to put your kids to bed and spend what's left of your night with a beer or some wine with your friends listening to the crickets' song. Would I be here just with my lady for a romantic weekend? YES! It's quiet, authentic and feels like getting back to the roots. How many of you met the owner of the hotel you're staying in? Or, better yet, how many of you listened to their story? Because here you can talk to Krasimir and lady Anastasia (his mother) and listen to their story. A story that goes back at least 100 years... And that's when you start appreciating even more this place. Because it was built out of love and respect. And that is exactly how our family felt spending a lovely vacation in Krasimir's Levana! Thank you Krasimir for everything!

This place is really amazing. Homely, great touches, stylish. It's filled with various traditional & retro bits & pieces, and the spaces available to just hang out & relax are fantastic. We rented a large amount of the space for exclusive use as were going slightly out of season, and with a big group. We've been two years in a row with the same big group of us, and wouldn't even bother looking at other options!

Krasimir is a great host.Location is not so close to the beach but there are a few nice beaches around.Very nice green garden- good for kids and/or spend the evening time with a beer or a glass of wine.
