We just returned from spending Easter at the Back in the Woods Cabin...what an amazing place! The cabin is warm, clean, well-stocked and the perfect layout for spending time with family, we immediately felt welcomed and right at home. The beds were very comfortable, gorgeous fireplace with lots of good quality firewood, kitchen was a dream...we didn't want to leave! The host was very responsive and left special touches for us like a handwritten card, Easter basket with treats and a ride on indoor toy for our Grandson. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend the Back in the Woods Cabin to anyone.

Relaxing and peaceful, will stay again (try the summer setting). Wasn’t in need of anything at Wendy and George’s, fully stocked! Movies, games, pots/pans! Even a dog bed! Gave us local directions to ATV Trails and ice fishing! Thank you for the hospitality

We stayed at Back to the Woods for a 3rd Christmas with our family. As usual, Wendy had the cabin sparkling clean and lots of festive touches including the Christmas tree. Our stay was comfortable and we really enjoyed the fire place and long walks on the property. The kitchen is a great size for cooking a large meal. It is so peaceful and quiet at the cabin. We had a lovely stay.

We had a great time at Wendy's place, and would definitely return! The cabin itself is very cozy, nicely laid out, and well furnished. I loved the quaint decor and homey touches - it's got lots of character. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. Wendy herself is very lovely, she stopped by to bring us some corn from her garden which was very thoughtful. We especially loved walking through the forest trails with our dog - there were plenty of trails to wander, and lots of diverse plant life to admire. While this place would be a dream come true for kids (they have a basketball net, play set, lots of outdoor games, and even a zipline!) - we went as a couple with a dog and it was perfect.
