We stayed a month and loved it! Great place to stay in Nicosia. Easily walkable to everything. Very comfortable bed and strong wifi. Fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed eating breakfast with the door to the balcony open with a view to the trees in the archeological park and a nice cool breeze. There are 2 verandas and the one in front is nice in the evening as we watched the colors change and the lights go up in the city. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The building has an elevator, which was a welcome sight after a day of walking. It is easy to walk and cross the border for the day. We also joined (FB) a walking group and a hiking group with weekly walks. (Nicosia Cyprus Walking Group and Cyprus Hikers). There are great restaurants, cafes, and shopping within 5 minute walk. We also took the bus to Ayia Napa for a day at the gorgeous beach. The bus station is only a 5-10 minute walk. We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed in Andreas and Danae's apartment for four nights while visiting Nicosia. The apartment was exactly as pictured in the photos. It's spacious and well located for a visit to Nicosia. There are numerous great restaurants nearby and the old city is also within walking distance. The only thing to note is that the payment kiosk at the municipal parking lot across the street is a bit weird. While parking is free in the evening and on Sunday, the machine isn't aware of this. That means you have no choice but to pay in the evening unless you want to get up early the next morning. Otherwise we had no complaints about the apartment and would highly recommend it!
