This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and it won't be the last. It's a perfect place to get off grid and just go back to basics without the modern amenities. We love this place so much. Just being still and listening to the birds and watching the squirrels hop around in the garden, it's such a delightful place. We love the bath of course which is lovely under the stars and the personal little touches from Maggie like fresh bread, butter and milk in a little ceramic jug just fit in with the vibe of the place etc.. This time we were able to collect walnuts from the trees too which was fab. Short walk to a couple of very warm and welcoming pubs too. Perfect spot. Next time we'll be taking our children for some back to nature living.
What a fantastic little gem, so quirky and huge reflection of Maggies warmth. The caravan was so cosy, I loved the randomness of it! The outdoor bath was amazing! I didn’t try the outdoor shower but other half did. He said it was refreshing. The area was so friendly and welcoming. Great little walks. Torch is a must!! I would definitely go back. Awww and the dogs Dan and benji so polite! I’m sorry benji my other couldn’t come out to play yesterday morning, he didn’t finish his breakfast. Thank you for letting us experience your little fairytale paradise
Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights and loved every moment of it! Maggie is a wonderful host, great to talk to and very accomodating. She also has two lovely dogs that were an added joy as our dog loved to play with them! I only have positive things to say about the trip and just wish we could have stayed for longer! We plan to return for longer in the summer time, it will be great to see how different the beautiful garden looks at that time of year. :)
Cozy and homely caravan in the most idyllic location. It was a lovely place to spend a few autumnal days. Maggie is a great host!
Lovely chilled out unique place to stay. Maggie was welcoming & although on hand if needed she also respected our privacy. The outside bath under the stars was wonderful. Breakfast ingredients left in the fridge by Maggie too. Will definitely be returning. 😊
