The house is kept clean and neat. There are not many long-term stay options in Burlington so this is good. However, there is no door-lock for the guest room and it should be noted in the description.

Leona was a great host! The Airbnb is in a great location - easy walking distance to the hospital and downtown. I had a wonderful time.

Leona’s home is quiet, safe, and provides the amenities you would need for a long term stay. The home is very neat and well-maintained and is expected to stay that way considering the common areas are shared. There is an small, older, quiet dog in the home as well. The home is located only one block from the YMCA, a few blocks from downtown, and a short walk to the hospital, making it a prime location. There is no off-street parking, and on-street parking is limited when the university is in session. However, there is street parking allowed on adjacent and parallel streets.

This is a cozy, clean and well run home in an established, safe neighborhood wonderfully located within walking distance to downtown (library, yoga, Church St., waterfront, coop grocery) and UVM.

If you’re looking for housing in Burlington, this is a great place to choose. Leona is a great host and as long you’re considerate of her home and things, then you will be fine. Also the location is absolutely amazing and less than a 10 minute walk to downtown. Overall, highly recommend staying here!
