The pool terrace is situated in the lower garden and offers some breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, distant mountains and hillside villages. The small estate comprises of the two rental villas and the owners house. Il Forno is attached to the owners residence on one side, while Il Fienile is an independent building.
