Amazing location and excellent host. Loved the local bird life, beautiful sunset views and the house was well kitted out and clean. Plenty of space to relax.

Neil was a pro active, friendly and informative host.The location was superb on the water with lots for our three boys to do with the kayaks and other equipment available. We will be back.

Great family holiday. Such easy access to the water with a small sandy beach for the kids to play on. Kayaks and beach towels provided. Two expansive decks overlooking the water where we spent much of time. Everything we needed to be comfortable. Neil was responsive and helpful. (Remember to book the ferry early if during holiday period.)

We found paradise!!! Neil's place is spectacular. Everything you could ever need is here and Neil was so responsive and welcoming that we never wanted to leave. The house layout means that there is something for everyone whether you want to hang out together or have space and time for yourself. The kayaks, bikes, pool noodles, birds etc kept the kids busy all long weekend. The nibbles, wine, milk, shampoos etc was an unexpected but very appreciated touch. I've never stayed at an Airbnb (or anywhere else really) to this standard before. It really is perfect. Incredible views, wildlife and the ocean mere footsteps away, the recurring line from our family gathering here was "this is just such an amazing place isn't it". We will definitely be back. Thanks again for everything Neil.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Neil and Jennifer’s property. Nicely decorated inside and landscaped yard. Beautiful view from the deck. A bird paradise! Rainbow Lorikeets here multiple times each day. Kookaburra’s come to the deck. You can explore the island by bicycle and the near by bay with the kayaks both provided. Neil was the best Airbnb host that we have encountered. Genuinely interested in providing you with all pertinent information as well as making your stay comfortable. Neil was quick to respond to any questions. Recommend highly!
