周边超市购物特别方便，有多家超市就在附近，离公园步行十分钟，唯一的就是对面是一个工地，白天如果在家会显得比较吵闹，但是晚上和周末工地休息，是没有问题的。管家彼特也很尽心满足我们的需求，一个星期过来打扫一下卫生，还特别给我们提供了燃气灶。整体来说，该公寓是值得下次再来居住的

The location is very strategic, the apartment is very clean and equipped with all the family's needs during vacation. Well done, I hope Airbnɓ's services at 45 Raden Place will continue to progress. If there is a chance to come to London again, we will definitely contact you for this Airbnb again.

The place itself was fine for our needs. Not great, not horrible. However, there were some problems with communication and cleanliness. The check in and out process was not very clear. It says a lock box on the listing but that is not the case. Because response time could be slow at times we weren’t always sure what we needed to do to check in and out. Upon arriving I would say some areas were cleaner than others. The bathroom needs some work and the walls were visibly dirty with dirt and fingerprints. The bed and main areas were clean, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable. The location is very convenient near bus stops and the tube. Overall it was fine for our stay but I expected more.

This unit is in a great location. You're close to the District and Circle lines and walkable to Paddington Station. There is a lot of food choices nearby. The unit needs a good deep clean. Example: above the oven range there is noticeable dust built up on the ceiling. The unit has some apparent wear and tear and could use a fresh coat of paint as the walls appear to be scuffed in high traffic areas (hallway). This unit is on the 2nd floor of a 4 floor building. The upstairs unit was quite loud (sounds of running and heavy footsteps) and could be heard in the evening and early morning (530a) so that was less than optimal. I messaged Ateeq the day before check out asking for check-out instructions and informing him of the noise, but never heard back. Aside from these issues the unit was in a great location, safe, clean in the areas that matter, and met the needs for our stay.
