Great Location for your climbing trip to Leonidio. Within comfortable walking distance of sector Douvari. Bakery, cafes and restaurants also close by. Nick was very responsive and we had no problems in finding the location or checking in. We as a family of four enjoyed our stay very much.

We has a great stay at Nick’s place! The house is super clean and looks exactly like in the pictures. The location is great, just a 5 min walk to the local tavernas. The internet connection is fast enough for working. The connection was down 2 times for a very short period of time (~5-10min) and it did not bother us. The road to the house is very very narrow so I’d recommend arriving with a small car (like fiat 500 or similar). Two cute cats like to hang out at the terrace and it was so nice to watch them every day. Thanks again Nick!

The apartment was really nice, functional, spacious and clean. The environment is peaceful, but there might be occasional noise, like neighbour's small dog barking sometimes also during the nighttime... Everything worked perfectly in the apartment and in communication with Nick. He was quick in answering and we even got some additional kitchen accessory delivered to the door after suggesting some small ideas how to improve kitchen facilities :) The road to the house is narrow, but is okay with a small car. We really liked the place a lot, so it is easy to recommend it for others too.
