It was a wonderful stay . The place is nice and clean. Parking was easy to find less than a minute away by foot(a lot of space) . The kitchen has everything I needed during my stay.

An incredible place to stay, the house is really unique/cool. The back terrace is on the water and has a view of the Castle. Walking distance to a very good bakery, crepe restaurant, butcher shop next to the bakery that I didn’t try but looked good as well. Toured the castle and walked around the town, would love to come back in the future. Very close to the palace of Compiègne where Napoleon had it redecorated with his second wife Marie-Louise, the armistice glade where the Germans signed surrender papers in WW1 (plus some interesting WW2 history there as well), Roman ruins in the forest (you can drive there but then have to park and walk the last couple kilometers) there was so much to do we have to go back!! The hosts were excellent too!! Thank you Laura and Miguel!!

Eine wunderschöne Lage für einen Familienkurzurlaub. Sehr stilsichere Einrichtung mit einem Faible für die behutsame Sanierung. Leider war bei uns das Wetter zu schlecht, um die schöne Seeterrasse nutzen zu können.

Beautiful place to come to rest with a nice view over the lake. The place is very cozy and we loved the oldschool french vibes it brings. It actually felt bigger than we expected. Shower looks very oldschool but was actually very nice! The kitchen is well equipped which made it easy to make our own meals. The area is beautiful, loads of nature, a beautiful lake and amazing buildings (like the castle where loads of movies have been shot). Laura was super friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall loved our stay and felt right at home, definitely would recommend!
