I've never wrote an unsatisfying review on Airbnb, until now. This place was horrible. And I wouldn't even stay there again for free. For starters, there was some kind of sawdust, or ceiling crumbles, or something was on the chimney/mantle, and it was on the sofa in front of it. There were baby ants in the bathroom. There was no washcloths out first night, and got a hold of the hosts, and at first he told me that washcloths weren't provided. The furniture was stained, with unknown substances. Me and my girlfriend had to improvise our first night of how we were going to shower. Then they ended up bringing us towels and washcloths the next day. My girlfriend woke up to a bug on her thigh. Upon checking out, when we leave and exit a Airbnb, we'll clean up our mess, wash dishes, and take out trash. No dish rags provided. The house has a dishwasher, but no detergent. And no trash bags. Just bad all the way around. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Mark and his team were very thorough and made sure that we had everything we needed at all times even in their absence they were present. When changes needed to be made, they worked with me to help make it as smooth transition as possible I would definitely come back.

Last minute find for graduation weekend and could not be happier! Easy walking to High street and great dining and morning coffee shops. Plenty of space!

Overall this Airbnb was fine for what we needed, however there are some small things that were not the best. For one, the steps have a giant hold going into the house that is not super noticeable on your way out. A rat came out and ran over my feet. Honestly, the rat isn’t Marc’s fault, but the steps are worrisome. There was a lot of dust left on the fireplace, but it is an older building. Location is wonderful and was perfect for getting to the short north.
