Good stay for a short vacation. The host responds faster. Only the lift to the house is quite complicated, as we brought along out parents and my pregnant siste, it's a bit complicated cause need to change the lift. But overall is okay and the house is clean. Wifi is working and connection okay. Thanks!
Lobby was very small, that it was quite inconvenient to park the car while doing the check-in. There was always a mini jam in front of the lobby because of this. When we first entered the airbnb, there were oily stains everywhere on the floor. We had to buy extra slippers to walk around (the host kindly sent cleaner to clean the rooms on the next day). There were smells of durian too that was coming from the fridge. There were mold in the kettle and pot so we couldn’t heat water. There was only one lift to access all floors… waiting time was insanely long. The worst thing that happened was that my friend went on the lift, and when the lift went up by a few floors, the lift suddenly went on free fall mode and it stopped at the floor they came from before fortunately. After the incident we were so scared that some of us had to climb the stairs (our room was on 15th floor) The only reason I’m giving 1 extra star is that the host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you :)
Such a great staycation with fully recommended for those come with friends or family group. All the amenities were provided in well condition and the facilities were very nice. The house also Muslim friendly but need improvement to stick some Qiblat direction on the wall or roof wall. Thanks 🙏🏻
