Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at this airnb house for 3 days stay. The location was just great and easy access for nearby stores and town as well. We were really pleased with our stay at this house ause as it is a very nice house and modern and with all the facilities needed for stay. The owner was friendly and compensated me with the late check out. Thank you for the kind. It just that the rooms are dusty, and we saw few cockroaches in toilet and kitchen. Otherwise stay was nice hope owner improve the sparkling clean for the house. Thank you for the service.

To future tenants, this is my honest concern to Airbnb. To Mr Yuhairi, please access the way you attend to this situation. Never play victim. And don’t spread stories that I have accused you of stealing. Don’t beg for sympathy. Always be a good host :) ——- Hi Kea, Thank you for your quick response. True, I do not accused the host of stealing my wedding ring. But I am very sure I accidentally left it in the room when I went in to have my shower right after the wedding reception. And there was no one else except for my family members in the house at that time. And nobody had used or entered the room I am using. Honestly, I wasn’t happy with the host, Mr Yuhairi’s response in handling the situation. I realised that I have left my wedding ring in the room, just after 15 minutes I checked out from the property. I was on my way to have dinner with my family before they head home. I had called Mr Yuhairi and asked his permission to enter the house to take my wedding ring. But he told me that he is on his way to the house at that moment. I have asked him to wait for me so we can check the house and the room together. But I was so shocked that about half an hour later he texted me a photo of a table in the room to proof that he didn’t find any ring in the room. His action towards this situation is really uncceptable because it created doubts against him. I have asked him to wait for me but he didn’t. When I arrived back at the house, after about less than an hour after our conversation, he already left. He changed the password of the front gate and he was being sarcastic towards the situation. I told Mr Yuhairi that I will lodge a police report to report the lost of the certified diamond. Due to this, he seems quite afraid and then he agreed to let us enter the house the day after at about 5pm. To my surprised, I found one big box of my belongings in front of the house. And he didn’t even mentioned this to me when I called him the night before. And fyi, he posted a sarcastic remarks about this on Facebook. And this showed how unprofessional he is, as if he is trying to defend himself. Even honestly, I didn’t accused him of stealing or reported him to Airbnb, neither that I have posted anything about my experience on any social media platform. I was hoping that I could discuss and settle this with him without any third party interference. But I am so shocked about his remarks. Now that I think about it, I will take this matter a step further. I have given him enough time to collaborate. I even went for my honeymoon just to give him a space. Rather than trying to solve this, he diverted this, he pointed out that I have cost a mess in the premise, which is not true. All of the rubbish are in the rubbish bin. Although the rubbish bin was full but we did not left any rubbiah anywhere else. Besides, why do we need to pay for cleaning fee and service fee if we as tenant had to clean up the place sparkling clean ourselves? He had stated that he had given me 9 extra hours as if to show his generosity but this is not true either. I have negotiated with him on this and he had happily agreed to assist. So, clearly this shouldn’t be highlighted as “his generosity”. Technically, I have paid for my stay, because I checked in late. Airbnb must not take this kind of situation lightly as this would indirectly and directly tarnish your image. Last but not least, again, I did not accused Mr Yuhairi of stealling my wedding ring. New house and very clean with modern style. The host is very friendly and give fast response. Near to Kellie's Castle, Taman herba, Hoga Gaharu Tea Valley and attraction places around ipoh. Quite place to relax. Host also prepare extra beverages which is a plus point. Very recommended to stay here if you want to travel around ipoh or sri iskandar. Overall great experience.

The place is so comfortable. The unique cozy spacious minimalist industrial concept of the house really touch our heart. TQ so much for the kind hospitality given. it's felt like we never left home cause the place felt like home. The home is right across the Kellie's Castle. Instructions was very clear. The host was very kind & easy to get in touch with. Will definitely come back here in the future.
