We had a magical stay at Greenstone over New Years... the house is stunning and cosy and everything about it was so well thought out... Hefina and Don were such lovely hosts!! The location itself is unbeatable :) We will be back!!

absolutely a great stay. homemade cookies and daily wood heated hot tub. kitchen had everything needed for cooking (closest real grocery is 90min/queenstown). best place to stay if you want outdoors close to hiking trails and fly fishing rivers . great stay and great hosts

The Greenstone homestead was incredible. Whilst isolated, you are surrounded by some of the most naturally beautiful landscapes I've ever seen. We spent a week there with our three young boys and the house/ surroundings really enabled us to settle into a slower pace with daily walks to the river to go fishing or look for deer. Hefina and Don were incredible hosts too, they looked after us all so well and really made us feel at home. Great home, amazing location and wonderful hosts. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Fantastic three days spent at the Greenstone. You could spend a week easily. Breathtaking views everywhere you look. Accommodation is fantastic with everything you need.
