A beautiful Unit with a fantastic view. Very clean and comfortable. Close to cafes and restaurants. Will definitely be going back later in the year.

The view was quite outstanding. The main living area was light and bright and offered views of the sea and the beach. Practice makes perfect with parking the car into the garage. Once you have mastered it, it’s quite easy.

We stayed here for 8 nights from New Year with our 2 children (21 and 17). Finding a place on the hill along Queen of Colonies Pde at this time of year is always difficult but we were glad we found this property. Like some other reviews there a few negatives, the car park is very tricky, the place is a bit dated and there is some construction in the area however you soon forget about all this due to the wonderful location and awesome views. The Welcome Ready team were super responsive with anything needed during the stay. The place was spotlessly clean on arrival with check in and check out all quite easy. The mattresses in the kids' room could definitely do with being upgraded, for small kids they are probably fine but for older teenagers/adults they are not great. Overall, this is a great value property for an unbeatable beachside location.

Great location, interior dated and pool area very disappointing. No soap in bathroom dispensers and multiple light bulbs out in kitchen. Lots of construction currently happening around the area which was a early wake up
