Hi there! My birth name is Abraham An, but most people call me by my middle name "Chris" since I was born on "Christmas!" I have been hosting for over 10 years and was recognized as a "superhost" by Airbnb and past guests. I work in hospitality and run the website: "seoulsublet" which focuses on short and long-term rentals in the Sinchon Area. FUTURE GUESTS If during your stay something doesn't work or is broken let me know immediately and I will usually take care of it the same day! I currently host multiple rental properties in the SINCHON area Originally, I started using Airbnb as a guest because I wanted to live like a local and experience the same things they do in their home and neighborhoods. I enjoyed eating and shopping at the nearby stores and hanging out at the cafes and parks. I hope to replicate my experiences overseas for guests visiting Seoul where you can enjoy the same things I did when I was traveling. (Thankfully there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and a nearby park here as well) I have been hosting people from all over the world since 2009. I can't believe it's already been 10 years now! SINCHON I love Sinchon. The area has a great vibe. It's surrounded by 5 universities so there are a lot of college students. You can stay up all night and find cafes, bars, and restaurants open. Not only that, I have never felt unsafe here no matter what time it was. Sinchon is also right in the middle of 2 other downtown areas. The famous Ewha shopping area and the Hongdae night life area. Both are within walking distance. Bicycles, electric kickboard scooters are also easy to rent and minutes away!
