Awful, Ben called me 20 minutes before we were due to check in saying we could'nt stay at the property, he then said he would call me back in 10 minutes, over 30 minutes later, we were still waiting for him to call, I then called and messaged him numerous times but he ignored each one. He knew we were travelling with our young son and he left us stranded with nowhere to stay. Do not book with him!!!

Great apartment in a great location. Very clean and very nice furniture and decorations. It was really lovely to be provided with a cot and high chair. Good for families with the two bedrooms and lovely kitchen / lounge area.

Ben was a nice host and managed everything (without being present). Real quick with answering everything he's asked and is happy to help with any troubles or special needs. Really enjoyed our stay in that flat. Nice and central area with everything you need in walking distance - always happy to come back!

Ben was fantastic! Great communication and patience even when I got lost! Apartment was as described, super clean, great amenities and fantastic location! Definitely going to be my place of choice to stay whenever I'm in Manchester! Thanks for everything!
