Niki was super friendly, shared great info in advance with local tips, and this property was fantastic. Super clean, homey, gorgeous kitchen, some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Wish we could have stayed longer — and definitely would stay here again if we make it back through this amazing corner of the world.

An excellent stay in a wonderful and beautiful place. Nice walking distance to the beach. Great recommendations from the hosts of things to see and do in the area like Lone Shieling trail. Really appreciated the little extras in the cottage like coffee, cooking oil and food wrap. It was a relaxing and lovely stay. We are looking forward to visiting again.

We loved the Old Salt, we learned it has been in her family for over a century! Gorgeous remodel and updated, especially enjoyed the deep bath and modern kitchen, cozy dining room, and reading lights in the bedrooms. we took walks in the area and visited the grounds of Gampo Abby nearby. 5 stars!

Our stay at Pleasant Bay Loop was cosy and relaxing. We were 2 kilometres to the Rusty Anchor Restaurant, minutes from trails and beaches. Loved the charm of the home. Very happy with our choice.
