Steps from your deck to your private Beach access! Spacious, comfortable and "oh my" what a view! Welcome to the “Beauty and the Beach” at Birch Bay, WA This is a three bedroom 2 bath home located directly across from the beach. When you enter the property you will enter into what is known as a great room. A nice open area with the living room which includes a large. Please note that there is no cable tv but you do have WI-FI and have many channels via the internet/Roku and there is a DVD player with movies or you can bring your own. You will also find a nice dinning area to host your family and friends. The kitchen is also in the great room and is well stocked to prepare a light snack or larger meal. Large fridge, oven, stove and microwave along with a dishwasher. Next you will find one of the bedrooms which has a Queen size bed. The main bathroom and the laundry room with full size washer and dryers are located down the hall along with a second bedroom with another Queen bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk in closet along with a private bath to include large garden tub and shower. Enough about this beauty with a spectacular view, lets talk about the Beach! The front has a nice size deck for you to sit out and enjoy the view. There is a basic propane BBQ for your use while at the property Across the street you will find beach access to your own private beach. Please know we can not cut beach grass but there is a path small and it takes you to the beach where you will find an area where you can make a beach fire to roast hot dogs or make Smores. Enjoy clam digging, crabbing, beach combing and much more. Experience some the best sunsets you will ever see, or so we are told. You are located about 15 minutes from the Canadian Border and about 3 hours from Seattle spending on traffic. Ride your bike to the restaurants, waterslides and other activities in the area. Don't have a bike, no worries you can rent one from a local shop. Enjoy home made candy from the C-shop and other events and activities. There is no wifi at this property but you will be so busy you wont need it. If you need garbage pick up while here just call our office and we will be happy to haul it off for you. This is a great property for a family or small group. You will not be disappointed. Complimentary WIFI at this location. $100.00 non refundable pet fee per pet (2 max)

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views, quiet neighbors. The kitchen had all the amentities we needed to cook meals for our family. Stepping across the road to the beach was so lovely!
My family and I stayed at this vacation home for the holidays and it was a wonderful time. We really appreciate how accommodating they were. They were on top of everything and so friendly. We were minutes away from the general store which made it so easy to grab something we needed quickly. Our favourite was the view. The beach was just across the street!!! Thank you so much.
My family loved the place. True to photos, but only beach walking when tide is out. No beach walk at this end of Birch Bay. Close to shopping for groceries. Great space for cooking. Uber clean. Neighborhood felt “safe”. The host was very responsive. Found it a bit pricey, but the property worked well for us.
The house was perfectly fine. It had a nice great room layout, large bedrooms and was clean. But I think it could be great with some updates. The linens and towels were below average and given the location across from the bay, it would be great if they would consider some window treatments that let in light but allow for privacy and windows with screens. The porch-level open windows felt too easy for a toddler to escape or something else to come in. The lighting throughout the home was all mixed color temperatures, which I know sounds picky, but that stark "hospital white" over the kitchen table does kill the vibe of a family meal. It's those little things that matter when you're on vacation. This was a last-minute booking for us, and I should have thought more carefully about the road. Ideally, I would have loved to let my 3 kids play at the shore while I cooked and watched from the window, but the road was too high traffic for that. I'm sure others won't mind the super quick walk.
This listing was only stand out because of the closeness to the water. It was pretty bare bones inside. Not bad, just wish we would’ve known in advance eg: no coffee filters, blankets, paper towel, cleaning products. The rugs in the main living room are fairly dirty, didn’t feel clean walking around in bare feet. Would we stay again? Yes, knowing what to bring from home but it wouldn’t be our first choice.
