Gabriel sent a cleaner within 30 minutes after arrival when we notified him it had not been cleaned and he came also to help us settle in. He was friendly and apologetic. There was some disrepair: shower door missing, hole in plaster of bedroom wall, stained net curtain, plug sockets loose, and in a 5 day stay we had to reset the fuse box 8 times. We couldn’t boil the kettle and heat the apartment at the same time without the electricity cutting out. It first happened around 11pm on the first night. We searched the internet on how to solve the problem. Gabriel said he would come in the morning if we didn’t solve it. Luckily we did but I wouldn’t have found a night without lights, hot water or heat acceptable. 20 minutes comfortable walking distance from all city sights. Less confident women might be concerned about the groups of men hanging out all day and night at the bottom of the street. We had a great holiday despite the problems. Comfortable beds.

In general, I would say it was a great stay. Communication was easy, and the apartment is in a good location. However, during winter, thicker blankets were not provided, so it was a bit cold. Additionally, when a lot of electricity is used, the circuit breaker tends to flip, resulting in a loss of power.

Un apartamento muy acogedor cerca del centro de Bilbao . Asmara y Gabriel fueron muy amables y serviciales y la relación calidad-precio estupenda. Muy recomendable !

El lugar es bastante cómodo, de fácil acceso y limpio. Sin duda volvería a alojarme ahí!

Sin duda el peor apartamento en el que me he alojado. Estaba extremadamente sucio, había tanto polvo que nos pusimos enfermos y encima del cabecero, espejos, cuadros y armario había, mínimo, un centímetro de polvo. El baño apestaba y la mampara de la ducha estaba rota y pusieron celo para que no saliese agua. El lavabo minúsculo. Las dos camas son incomodísimas, probamos ambas y a cada cuál peor. Las sábanas y edredón amarillas con agujeros de cigarro. Olor a tabaco hasta en las sábanas. La puerta de entrada tenía signos de haber sido forzada varias veces, si empujabas un poco desde fuera, se veía el interior del apartamento, por lo que tuvimos que dormir con la mesa pegada a la puerta. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver y no está a escasos metros del centro. Lo del que el barrio sea pintoresco es de risa, una cosa es que sea un barrio multicultural y otra es que no puedas andar tranquilo por la calle, que está llena de excrementos y basura.
