Julie's place is a gem! From the moment we stepped into her beautifully designed garden studio, we felt completely at home. I loved the blue and white beach theme, her attention to detail, and the flowers on the balcony were just such a nice touch. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well! If you want to go anywhere the Loop busstop is just around the corner or you can just walk to the beach or the shops which are all very close. I really wish we could have stayed a bit longer!

Julie’s annexe is spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay with everything we needed plus some thoughtful extras. The location is perfect - very quiet and peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of Broadstairs’ wonderful attractions. I recommend booking Julie’s place and hope to return.

Julie was a perfect host - warm and welcoming and went out of her way to make us feel at home. The space was cosy, light and airy, spotlessly clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The location is a quiet street with the centre of Broadstairs and the beach within easy walking distance and there is a handy ‘Loop’ bus stop nearby. Julie and her husband are lovely, friendly people (along with their sweet little dog) and we felt well looked after. We would definitely stay there again.
