We stayed at Sasha’s for a family celebration with two adult couples and two other adults. It was perfect with plenty of space and privacy but also excellent communal areas. It is well equipped with both an indoor and outdoor kitchen. The star is the lovely garden area with its small swimming pool. There are lovely trees and areas of shade and sun. The buildings are very interesting showing their ancient heritage as a stables. The village is quiet but has two good restaurants/ bars and has beautiful country, wineries and heritage all around. Highly recommended.
The place and surrounding area is absolutely magnificent. Whilst the photographs on this listing are very accurate they do not quite capture how wonderful this place is. The closed courtyard at the back is mesmeric. Green and lust ivy on the walls, a perfect outdoor kitchen and dining/lounging area, a fantastic sun drenched swimming pool. Amazing. The inside is also immaculately finished and with everything you could need provided. Our family of 7 adults found the bedrooms and entire place spaciest and cool. Easy to get privacy when desired but equally perfect for a large communal gathering. The village is idyllic. Le Grange restaurant at the end of the street is fantastic and you are also minutes walk from a tremendously friendly boulangerie and tabac. An early morning walk to Pont du Gard is easily done and you are within 30 minutes of a number of attractions (as well as big supermarkets). The host could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. A wonderful place
Everything was totally as listed, we adored the pool and spent most afternoons around it! Sasha was fantastic and went above and beyond to organise an appointment at her hairdresser for me. Don’t hesitate to book!!!!
A spacious and well-equipped house in a lovely large village setting with a boulangerie, small grocery shop and bar serving drinks and tapas a very short walk away. There are four bedrooms in a slightly unusual layout with two bedrooms accessed directly from the kitchen and the other two are accessed by going outside. There is lots of space for a large gathering and we particularly appreciated the coolness of the TV room and three of the bedrooms thanks to the airconditioning. The garden is lovely (timed sprinklers come on overnight keeping everything watered) and the pool is great and well maintained. We followed the advice given and parked in the village throughout our stay in order to avoid the narrow reverse down the lane. The local host, Sasha, was very communicative and helpful throughout and we were sorry not to have met her on our arrival. It's worth mentioning that the mosquitoes were a bit of nuisance at most times of the day so good repellant is needed in the summer.
Our family had a wonderful holiday in this magical hideaway. We truly had one of the best vacations of our lives. This home had great indoor and outdoor spaces; plenty of room to not be on top of one another (there was 9 of us), and still have indoor and outdoor gathering places together. Our host, Sasha, was a great communicator. Highly recommend this home!
