It was the best experience! The place is even better than on the picture. Everything is very clean, the house is spacious, you can find everything you need in the house. The view is beautiful, very quite surroundings and a lot of privacy. The yard is perfect for sun bathing and playing games, big territory. The beach felt private, very few neighbors around. The hosts are very friendly and flexible. Due to unseen circumstances we had to arrive very late and they agreed to meet us even at night, always gave us the best recommendations about where to buy good food, where to go shopping etc. We were met with little presents waiting for us in the house and the whole experience with the hosts felt very welcoming. It was worth the money 100%. Would totally recommend and would absolutely come again!

Proprietatea este situată într-o zona minunata. Este mărginită la nord de localitatea Nea Anchialos, la est de mare și de munți la vest și sud. Ceea ce vedeți în pozele de prezentare găsiți și în realitate, identic, fără niciun rabat. Proprietatea indeplineste toate conditiile unui confort de 5 stele. Nu poți găsi un singur defect. Gazdă minunată, proprietarii sunt foarte prietenoși, de parcă te-ar cunoaște dintodeauna, atenți la nevoile tale. De la început îți spun: ”tot ce se găsește pe proprietate este al vostru”. Mi-am anunțat sosirea în jurul orei locale 15:00, mai apoi am amânat-o datorită traficului, dar când am ajuns la proprietate gazda ne aștepta cu zâmbetul pe buze. Pe tot parcursul sejurului, proprietarul a fost mereu prompt in rezolvarea solicitarilor noastre legate de tot felul de informatii. Păcat că a fost o ședere scurtă. A meritat toți banii și nu numai. Vă invit și nu o să regretați. PS: în curte, pe partea de nord a casei, este instalat un dus care face toti banii.

This villa is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Great, clean, tidy, cozy, has everything you need, just 10/10, I highly recommend this place, wonderful place right on the beach, if you want a quiet and peaceful place right on the beach, I highly recommend it. I will certainly visit it again next year.

We spent nice and quiet 10 days in Themis's house. We stayed on the veranda mostly of the time, with lovely view to the sea. The sea is in front of the house. The period we have been, was quite windy in the afternoons. There were not many mosquitos because of the wind, and we really enjoyed the veranda without mosquitos all day long. We have been several times by car to Nea Anchialos and Volos. Themis helped us with all our requirements.

Amazing place! Great comfortable house at an awesome location! You're literally on the beach, there's almost no one around so it basically feels like a private beach. The yard is amazing and we ended up spending most of the time there and on the porch while going to the sea for a dip whenever we wanted. Nice shade from the trees helps a lot in the hot days. Lovely place for kids as they have a safe environment to play in and they can be outside all day long. We found everything we needed in the house, it was clean and things were working as expected. Tavernas, supermarket, fish shop, butcher and everything else you might need is within a 5 minute drive in Nea Anchialos. Volos is 20-25 minutes away if you need a bigger city for anything or just want to change the scenery for a bit. Themis and Evaggelia were welcoming hosts and I highly recommend their place!
