The apartment is in a great location with very easy access to the Earls court underground station. High Street Kensington is not too far away and has great restaurants and shopping places It is also easy to use the High Street Kensington station if you are on that road. Thats about it for the good part. The location of the apartment is on the main road so it is very noisy. There are way far too many police vehicles with siren which is quite disturbing. The house needs maintenance. The curtain blinds didnt work, there was inadequate light in the bathrooms which should have been fixed before we arrived. The sofa set is quite uncomfortable in the living room. All in all, the entire furniture needs an upgrade for the price you pay to stay. We stayed there 5 nights.

99 Earl’s Court was very spacious. 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathtub though and you have to shower in the bathtub which was hard because the shower holder was placed so low and unstable that we had to hold the shower handle sitting down or standing up. I almost slipped in the tub. The location was great! There were nearby restaurants and stores. It is a short walk to the Piccadilly metro line. We even walked to Notting Hill through the Holland Park and took us less than 30 minutes. From the house, we walked to Harrod’s, Victoria and Albert museum, Kensington gardens, Kensington palace, Notting Hill and Portobello Road Market conveniently. The staff was very responsive. We were able to leave our luggage in the morning at one of their hotels before the 3 pm check in time so we could go around. The master’s bedroom faces the main road so it could get noisy but we were always tired coming home and dead to the world asleep so it didn’t matter. Thanks!

Der Check-In war flexibel, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit hohen Decken. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal erneuert werden. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich nach vorne zu einer vierspurigen Straße und die ist wirklich laut. Die einfachen Fenster halten nicht viel Lärm draußen. Auf Rückfragen wurde vor Ort schnell eingegangen und Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, gut angebunden in einer schönen Wohngegend. Abgesehen von dem Straßenlärm im vorderen Schlafzimmer hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Pritam’s place in Earl’s court ticked all the boxes. He is a responsive host and who gets back to you promptly. The location is perfect, with easy access to the station, restaurants, Kensington High Street etc The flat is squeaky clean and fits the description given. The flat is huge and easily covers the needs of a family. We go to London every year and this is by far the best place we have stayed in. We will definitely be staying at Pritam’s place again!

Great location, but the apartment was not clean and could use some serious maintenance work.
