I would have given Ana a solid 5 stars, however, our first night experience was a DISASTER the Airbnb was rented to other people, even though we paid for it more than two weeks ago, when we got there, we were given another one, completely different to the pictures, AC didn't work (and weather in la ceiba is hot and humid) the bathroom were so dirty and didn't work, the Airbnb was dirty, dusty the bethroom were a mess, there were only 3 beds when we needed 4, the sheets were dirty with other guests hairs all over, no pots, soap, or any amenities needed, it was an awful experience, we had to sleep in the living room, and shared beds, we traveled for +7 hours to get there, to find out the Airbnb was given to other people who even had the code to access the Airbnb we were given in "exchange" without our approval. Ana was an exceptional host, apologized and refunded that first night, leaving that aside, the Airbnb J4 is clean, comfy, beautiful, everything works as expected!
