Very nice apartment with a beautiful view over the lake. It was a real pleasure to be able to have our breakfast and meals over there. The apartment itself is nice. Lots of space, nothing fancy but just the rights things we needed for our 1 week stay. The location is very quiet and close to quite a number of things (some walks, ferry, supermarket, etc...) although it's better to have a car, especially for the grocery as the walk back up is otherwise very steep. The home owners were also very nice and even if not speaking English and only one of us was speaking a little bit of Italian, communication was not an issue at all. Overall we had a very nice and would definitely come back.
Ein wunderschöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit einem phantastischen Blick über den See. Wir haben jeden Morgen und Abend Zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht und diese Aussicht genossen. Diese Woche haben wir sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
we really enjoyed our stay.Nice welcome by owners who showed us around the apartment although they don’t speak English we got by. The house is spacious,clean & has the basic necessities.The shops aren’t far (with a car took 5 minutes & walking 30minutes) The view is amazing. Easy to access the boat taxi from Lenno to get to other areas on the lake. However the weather was cold during our stay and therefore we had the heating on constantly set at 20•c yet we were still cold due to it being underfloor heating and not traditional radiators on walls. & to make things worse this cost us €84 for just the 5 days! Checkout time on information book says 09:30 but the owners said 09:00 was the latest that we could leave & then arrived at 08:50 & we felt uncomfortably pushed out so much so that we were stood outside with my 6month old baby in the cold while my husband drove to the cash machine to get the extra unforeseen money that was needed to pay the heating bill.But overall a nice place.
My visit was all I hoped it would be and then some! Such a beautiful apartment! A spotless, spacious, wonderful place to enjoy the amazing view from the balcony. The owners were very kind and helpful!!! The ratings only allow 5 stars ~ I would give it 10 stars! ❤️

I'm originally from the UK, but I've been living in Italy for many years now. I studied languages at university and I can speak German and French quite well. After working for more that 10 years in a real estate at Lake Como and managing holiday rentals all over the lake, I started working alone, joined the Airbnb platform in January 2018, and created Sofia’s Lake Como Rentals the year after, helping out property owners who've become my friends over the years. I love my job, speaking to people from all over the world and always do my best to make guests' stay as comfortable as possible. I personally know my houses and guests' satisfaction is my top priority! I'm very pleased to me part of this airbnb community of travelers and hosts, when I can I like to meet me guests, not always possible though having properties dislocated all around the lake. I'm also an English teacher and work in several schools with primary and secondary children and adults. I look forward to speaking to you!
