This was an amazing place. Location right in town surrounded by many good restaurants and shops. Beautiful apartment with practical amenities and great perks like coffee, water, etc. So nice to have balconies and very cozy but modern. Great value and don’t need a car at this location. Definitely recommend it!

Very nice condo unit, very clean and fantastic location just steps away to excellent restaurants in famous Marina district. Franco is a great host. If you drive a car, we recommend the parking lot just two blocks away run by a very nice man Johny, super convenient! This place is a great find to enjoy Cagliari.

We enjoyed our stay very much and Franco not only gave us a big welcome, but he was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was comfortable and a good size for my family of four,(adults). The mezzanine bedroom was open planned and has its own a/c, which was helpful after a hot day. There’s a bathroom next to it with a toilet, bidet and washbasin, but no shower. The downstairs bedroom also had an a/c unit and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is big enough for one person and had a coffee machine, oven and a good sized fridge. There are lots of restaurants on the doorstep and a local supermarket, which we went to for breakfast and beach snacks. The apartment’s location was perfect good exploring the city area. We’d definitely stay there again!
