Phina is a great host. the room is as described, comfortable and nice and warm. very happy with the stay and have already booked another stay here.

What I liked: New Shower/room were clean. All amenities such as microwave, kettle, toaster, table. Quiet for work during the day. What I didn't : Since working day time, room felt small to move and open large suitcase. Mould smell on the side of the bed as I had the room door closed. I left the door open whole day and night and the smell fainted after two days. As explained by Phina, this happened as some previous guests had left clothes to dry on the radiator and the humidity had built up since. Best way is to leave the room door open at all times and the smell was not too noticeable. Opening the lobby door is difficult as outside air was cold at 4-10deg. Secondly, the shower and lobby next to the room were cold to brush teeth or have shower during this Nov winter month as there was only a weak towel heater. Advised by Phina to try plug the electric heater. Should be Fine for summer. Overall best value I found for West London for night stay if above is not a concern for you

Fantastic location with good transportation links. There are a number of independent shops nearby and a retail park is within a short driving distance. The house is in a quiet, residential area and I was able to enjoy an uninterrupted night sleep for the time I was there. The room was as described - clean, warm, comfortable and with all the amenities (fridge, microwave etc.) that I required. Phina is a great host and allows you as much privacy as you require.  I'd be happy to stay again and look forward to it.
