Place was exactly as advertised. Property was clean and well-stocked upon arrival. Rooms were comfortable and spacious and the views were great - felt right at home from Day 1. People are friendly and staff responsive. Overall our stay did not disappoint.

This is our second stay at this house. We stayed 1 month and loved every bit of it. Cristina was easy to communicate with as always. The location makes this Airbnb well worth it, with access to amazing amenities, including the Pueblo Bonito resorts. We preferred the club house pool though for most of our pool time. While the Airbnb's own small pool is not heated, the community pools were very well heated (85-90 F degrees). The master bedroom mattress should probably be replaced since it had lots of sagging on both sides. The house is well stocked, but minor things like not having measuring cups did make it a little bit more inconvenient for a month-long stay, but honestly the walmart and costco in town are easy to get to if you need anything. Despite those things, this place is an amazing house. We loved it and already booked again for next year. Thanks Cristina for the amazing stay!

The place was gorgeous…the fire pit did not work upon arrival and it wasn’t fixed until the 5th night in on a week’s stay. The hot tub was nice, but we were hoping for the whole rooftop experience. Additionally, they don’t tell you that you need to buy toilet paper for your stay. We ran out halfway through and I contacted the manager and that’s when they informed me that they only provide 2 complimentary rolls per bathroom, except we only had 4 rolls total for 3 bedrooms, when I asked her she didn’t respond after that. Besides those two items, the place and property were incredible.

Wow pictures do not do justice! The Villa was everything we expected and more. If you are looking for spaciousness and privacy than this is the place for you. Every comfort that you need plus a hot tub on the third level and a private pool. Steps away from Clubhouse which offers another large pool and bar. Many more amenities like the market place. Christina the host was excellent and gave us all the details needed. Will definitely return with family. Can't wait to go back.
