Good apartment, centrally located. Pros: - spacious - quiet - all amenities - comfortable bed Cons - common spaces not cared for or cleaned. The floors are terribly dirty and the garbage shoot is disgusting - elevator slow and dirty - lots of noise and construction works happening in and around the building - can’t control heating in apartment so was very warm - sofa super old and uncomfortable - multiple run ins with (large!) cockroaches - issues with the front entry and getting locked out multiple times

Thank you for hosting us, we had a wonderful stay! The location is highly central and convenient to get around Manhattan and the greater NYC areas as it is close to Grand Central. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and easy. The home is well equipped with key essentials.
