Highly recommend. The apartment is clean, comfortable and close to grocery stores, public transit, etc. Monte and John were friendly and helpful.

Logement fidèle à la description, propre et spacieux. Hôte accueillant et disponible. Appartement idéal pour un long séjour, le métro est situé à environ 8 minutes à pied et à 20 minutes de Manhattan en métro. De nombreux commerces dans le quartier.

I stayed in this apt for about two months. The host was always responsive when I reached out to him. He had also put brand new linens on the bed. The apt was clean and came with all the necessary appliances and even had a washer/dryer in the unit, which was convenient. I was working remote and took calls throughout the day, the internet was always reliable, and the building overall was quiet. The area felt safe, and it was close to multiple metro stations. I also appreciated the flexibility of a late check-out. In terms of improvements, not having an option to recycle was a shame and an inconvenience (I had to take used paper and glass bottles to the nearby supermarket). Also, the apt is older and more worn down than what it looks like in the pictures, especially the doors.

John's place is conveniently located (just a couple of blocks from A train and LIRR), clean, tastefully appointed, comfortable, and homey. Pretty quiet block with lots to do around! And John is super responsive.
