Perhaps not the coziest place I've ever stayed, but perfectly tidy (with a fully equipped kitchen), completely functional, safe, quiet for village centre, and extraordinarily convenient for Cobham and surroundings.

The apartment did not have 1.5 baths as advertised. Additionally, the apartment was dirty, and I attach photos showing the cobwebs and dirty sheets. The shower drain was clogged with hair and otherwise did not drain properly. Cleaning equipment was stored in the bathroom. The listing did not disclose that the property was only accessible by a steep narrow stairway, and was on a busy commercial corner with noisy traffic all night and throughout the day. We stayed in the apartment one night because we arrived late and had no other options. We moved to a hotel the next day at considerable expense. There was no "luxury" associated with this property. It appears to be rented out and vacated when an Airbnb opportunity comes along. I strongly suspect that the reviews you provided were bogus. We received no assistance from you or Airbnb on this matter, even though communicating the above. In addition to my word as to the above, I offer affidavits as to the above from two witnesses, my son and daughter-in-law, who are UK residents in Cobham.
