Good location (close to Station and Town) and a reasonably good flat but it is in need of refurbishment even though it's not that old. The toilet seat was broken and black mould in the bathroom. Bed and pillow quality poor. On the plus side, there was parking although the instructions are not very clear for arrival i.e. the garage has two entrances, both with key pad side gates, you have to park and enter the garage to get the keys from a key safe, only then can you go outside again and use a remote to enter the garage.

Location is good, size is good, facilities and furniture are very old, heavily used, broken, totally uncomfortable. Some Kitchen wares need to be changed immediately. The flat needs to be maintained. The money paid does not match the quality of property. Regret to say this, but it is too late. Airbnb has to improve their services.
