Place is perfect if you just want a place to sleep and not fussy about other things like sitting room or cooking in the kitchen The host is very responsive, and quite flexible. He accommodated my check in and check out times which where a bit unusual since i was working nights and needed the place during day time. Place is clean and its in a quiet neighborhood.

A rather inconsiderate host....Had me check in after 6pm,even though he knew I would be travelling in a long way for work,and commencing my shift that same night...kept banging the doors when he returned from work,so could not get good sleep..Room was decent,but bathroom was very dirty....was a wasteful experience,and has totally put me off staying in any Airbnb.
