Great view of the pyramids. the staff try very hard to assist and help. modern and clean apartment. they provided extra heaters and a carpet to warm the place up. there were issues with the wifi they were sorting out, but mobile data worked OK. it's a very noisy area and the area isn't so nice, but there is a good gym close by. they also offer some food here, the fruit is a good option. if you want to see the pyramids, this is a good spot.

The stay was worth the price and all started great with good communication. The location appeared to be difficult for taxi drivers to find but the host gave them directions on the phone and they then knew where they were going. IIn this property there are two bedrooms with four large beds. I had booked for two people. When arriving my cousin and his farther picked me and the other guest up from the airport. When checking in I wrote 4 guests were now staying and wrote everyone’s name down. I got a call asking for more money which is no problem, the problem came when the host started to Demand that a pay in American dollars and was refusing their own Egyptian currency. I explained to him I was happy to pay him extra for the two extra guests I had booked in on arrival but could only pay in Egyptian pounds as I am not American. He took the money but was angry and rude about being paid in the countries currency!

The host didn't inform us of the water supply problem, the tap water is low pressure and dirty. They should let us know before we arrive. We moved to our friends place instead of staying.
