A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment has many amenities so we could make ourselves at home. We had a few issues with the heating, and Irene was quick and helpful to resolve these. We requested a few more items to furnish the house (eg. a kettle - we're English!) and Irene's colleague Karen was excellent in providing these. We had more of an issue at check out - we were getting the last of our things at 10.05am and our code for the doors expired, locking our things inside. This was frustrating as the website listing states that check out time is 11am and it was difficult to get through to Irene for help. Irene did provide us with a new code, and she pointed out that check out time was stated as 10am on the paperwork left for us in the flat.

Das Apartment ist wunderschön, frisch renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man findet hier alles, vom kompletten Kochbereich mit hochwertigem Geschirr, Spül- und Waschmaschinen bis zur schönen Bettwäsche und einer herrlichen Regenschauerdusche. Es liegt sehr zentral am romantischen Buranelli Kanal und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig hier.Wir hatten allerdings ein kleines Problem mit dem vollautomatisierten Heizungsystem, das während der Nacht ausgefallen ist. Trotz viel Mühe von unseren aufmerksamen Gastgebern konnte das Problem während unseren Aufenthaltes leider nicht gelöst werden. Sobald das System auf 24-Stundenmodul umgestellt wird, kann das Apartment auch in den kältesten Wintermonaten mit Genuss bewohnt werden. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen.
