Excellent location, very walkable to the Old Town and Tampa. Needless to say, the area is near to many amazing eateries and a supermarket nearby. The apartment itself is located in a nice and quiet street. The place was well furnished, and kitchen well equipped. Bedding was very cozy. Felt right at home.

I had a wonderful stay at Iuliana's place! The place is extremely well located, everything is right around the corner and at the same time it's peaceful and quiet. I had everything I needed for a week's stay, the place is beautiful, and well equipped. I would definitely stay there again! I recommend it! 🙂

The apartment is located in the center of the city near all the good restaurants, bars, and cafes; as well as many interesting attractions. The apartment itself is part of a small building with a private gate and charming courtyard with small outdoor living area. It also offers many different and needed features/amenities. The apartment was clean and access in and out as well as check in and check out was very simple. If you plan on driving and require parking, there is not public parking on the street, however, there is public paid parking as close as half a block on many nearby streets.
